Matt 6:33ing Project Management is per my focus and inspiration from the bible verse Matt 6:33 during the 2020 pandemic. Leading and managing the “things” that come "second" by God's permission.
Matt 6:33ing Project Management is a Consulting and Project Management business, supporting individuals and/or organizations to add and deduct “things” profitably and successfully in their projects. My professional expertise and focus (since 2015) involves INDUSTRIAL construction project management. Recently in 2023, my focus increased to include Quality Management for INDUSTRIAL design and construction. Coaching professionals (including college Seniors and Graduate students) to lead and manage projects in construction project management is a passionate goal of mine along with being an advisor/consultant for Construction firms per my work experience.
I am a responsible professional disciplined to manage and complete concurrently running projects. A Certified Project Manager, PMP, since 2015 and OSHA-30 trained in 2020 (refresher every 3-5 years). Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Building and Site Construction with 22 years of experience. Started my career as a project engineer on an office building project (1st Street NE DC - Care First Blue Cross Blue Shield). In December 2022, I completed the certification to become a Certified SCRUM Master (SCRUM Alliance), CSM which is adding extreme value to my project delivery style and exposing me to Agile practices.
Since 2015, I managed average budgets of $14M - $60M for 200K - 1.1M SF for shell tilt wall buildings and tenant fit-outs of 3K - 35K SF. #bigboxes! Most noteworthy, completing a non-sort 1M SF warehouse and later a 225K SF Delivery station for the Amazon customer. Completed a 1.1M SF warehouse speculative build in 2023 that completed on time and budget. Over the years, God blessed me to work on teams for jobs in the District of Columbia, Texas, Utah, and Virginia with Balfour Beatty, Duke Realty, Hillwood Construction Services, and Ryan Companies.
I have a Bachelor of Architecture degree and a Master of Science, Construction Management degree.
I joined Ryan Companies as a Quality Director in Industrial Design and Construction November 2023. I support the multiple regions in the USA from the Ryan office in Dallas, Texas.

My past jobs in construction operations and now in QUALITY allows me to be in-house design/construction consultant and a project management coach. Responsibilities include training teams to plan and execute their quality programs for their projects. Secondly, I develop tools and systems to improve project management processes for both design and construction teams. This work will eventually grow to enhance QUALITY for developers and property management teams.
I am a highly organized leader with consistent focus on customer service and building high performance teams. Passionate about coaching, consulting, mentoring, presenting, writing, and supporting fitness/wellness initiatives.
My corporate growth plan includes servicing Commercial Real Estate operations as a consultant and coach until retirement. Continuing after retirement to do the same work at a slower pace per select contract assignments that don't interfere with extensive travel, golfing, and time working with my church.

I currently reside in Princeton (Dallas/Fort Worth Area), Texas. I am originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I love travel and reading the HOLY SCRIPTURES! I enjoy making fresh juices and housework (cleaning, organizing, and gardening/yardwork).
